This special class celebrates the eve of the FULL SNOW MOON IN LEO that will shine on 2/1/2026. Students will restor, meditate, and sound heal. While the energy of the full moon builds, Angel will guide you through an unheated 15 minute yoga warmup to prepare your body for mediation followed by approachable breathing exercises led by Andrea Morales, along with affirmations from Angel Papadakis. You will also hone your meditation skills in various restorative postures as your instructors provide comforting adjustments

Certified sound healer, Andrea Morales will play the crystal sound bowls, a Grotta Sonora gong forged in the Etruscan cave in the ancient town of Calcata in Italy and Koshi chimes crafted at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains. The class will relax, rejuvenate and inspire you!
