Dynamis (Greek: δύναμις) means power, strength, and miraculous ability —an inherent capacity for growth and change.

This high-energy, hour-long class has a clear goal: to support and increase bone density through safe, effective strength training. You’ll also build muscle, improve balance, and elevate your overall fitness.

Dynamis is approachable and supportive for all ages and experience levels—including those completely new to strength training. Movements are thoughtfully guided, adaptable, and paced so you can build confidence and progress comfortably at your own level.

Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, structured intervals of effort and recovery, and a mindful cool-down to support mobility and recovery—leaving you feeling strong, empowered, energized and in touch with the miracle that you really are.

This is an unheated strength training practice with the intention of building bond density safely and mindfully!
