Welcome to Kefi Yoga!

We hold deep gratitude for being here now. More than ever we are tuned into the truth that beautiful creations grow from open, committed, and grateful hearts.

In 2020, as Los Angeles’ COVID restrictions gripped small businesses and lingered well into the new year, we watched our South Bay yoga community suffer greatly. With studio closures and the pivot to online offerings, we heard the need from instructors, practitioners, and those seeking solace for a space to connect through flow and togetherness.

Holding high the healing effects of mindful movement and fellowship and its criticalness in times of hardship, the founding instructors of Kefi Yoga committed to serve their friends and family with weekly yoga gatherings at private residences and local parks. Quickly this quaint community grew strong bonds and as the months progressed, seeds were planted for a permanent concept.

It was from this space of heart led service that Kefi Yoga was born.

Kefi (κεφι) is a philosophy. It is a Greek term that has no direct English translation but encompasses the spirit of joy, passion, euphoria, and enthusiasm. Kefi is an overpowering emotion you have when you completely let go in the moment, release inhibitions, and allow yourself to joyfully feel the life pulsing through your body and soul. 

Leaning heavily on our talented community and the passions and skills of our experienced team, the Kefi Yoga studio is ready to guide you. With a state of the art heating system, soft sustainable eco-friendly studio flooring, top notch speakers, non-toxic Supernatural cleaning supplies, Manduka yoga props, doTERRA essential oils, Manduka clothing and accessories to shop, and Kefi Yoga branded apparel we can’t wait to cultivate your Kefi!

Students that are new to Kefi receive their first three classes for just $45 or two weeks for $59. Entrance is behind the building. Doors lock at class start time. No late entry is permitted. Special Events, Workshops and other specialty classes that may be on the schedule are not included in this offer. This offer expires within two weeks of your first booking. If a free class is booked and you "late cancel" or "no show" that free class is forfeited and your two week timer starts ticking. No extensions, no exceptions. This offer can be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Kefi Yoga.
