The studio is impeccably clean, and we participate in unheated classes. The instructors prioritize alignment and safety, incorporating balanced sequences with backbends and standing balances. We have taken classes with Angel, Carla, Roxy, Andrea, Imari, and Mayu—each has a unique style, and all are excellent.

The student body is diverse in skill levels, ages, and body types, with a significant percentage of men, making my husband feel comfortable. During the two-week special, try different teachers and styles; you will undoubtedly find at least one you love to practice with. Were it not for the distance, we would opt for an unlimited membership. Kefi Yoga Studio comes highly recommended.”

“I’ve been going to heated yoga and sculpt classes at Kefi for a year and a half and highly recommend the studio! The instructors are awesome and unique in offering nice varieties in their flow of postures/sequences, all providing the level of physical and mental challenge that I expect from heated vinyasa practice, while encouraging students to listen to your body and respect your limitations. Cold lavender washcloths are passed out at the end of each class to cool down, and the studio floor is promptly mopped/cleaned after each class. The owner, Angel, really cares about the community of yogis who practice at Kefi and provides great customer service if you ever have questions or a special circumstance arises where you may need her assistance. When I shared the exciting news that I’m pregnant and expecting our first baby, the instructors were supportive in offering options for modifications as needed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of personalized support that Angel has provided through the practice of yoga and beyond as I journey into motherhood. 🥰”
